Exclusivity is a prerequisite and we prefer the film to premiere at RISE. Online release can follow after the tour.
- Duration of the films: 8-20 minutes
- Period: The RISE European Tour 2019 will begin screening in February, it is recommended you submit your finished film before December 2018 (trailer as early as possible)

- Stereo sound mixed down to -6db (please tend lower on the sound as I can always mix up if needs be)

Trailers can be sent as mp4, or uploaded to Vimeo with password protection.
Content Requirements
Film making is a creative, emotional process that we do not want to meddle with too much. Bare in mind, that the films selected for RISE are the very cream of the fly fishing content produced that year and that generally films with a strong narrative are the ones that make the final line up. Unique ideas and situations tend to stand out in a world now saturated by fly fishing videos.
